Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@auraa11.com with your order details. Returns must be approved before sending the item. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items  
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges  
For size or product exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
